    Martensite Phase Transformation Temperature Determination Using Acoustic Emission Technology Based on Information Entropy Theory

    • 摘要: 利用声发射技术对45钢马氏体相变过程进行了监测, 通过采集连续冷却条件下马氏体相变的声发射信号, 并结合信息熵理论对45钢马氏体相变温度进行了测定。结果表明: 利用信息熵理论测定的45钢马氏体相变开始温度为335.7 ℃, 与实际相度温度的误差为1.26%。

       

      Abstract: Using acoustic emission technology to monitor the martensite transformation process of 45 steel. The acoustic emission signal of martensite phase transformation was collected under continuous cooling condition, and according to the information entropy theory, the martensite phase transformation temperature of 45 steel was determined. The result show that the martensite phase transformation starting temperature of 45 steel determined using information entropy theory was 335.7 ℃, and the error rate was 1.26% comparing with the actual phase transformation temperature.
