    Analysis of Welding Cracks on Hangers of Beam Pumpers

    • 摘要: 对游梁式抽油机悬绳器焊接裂纹产生原因进行了分析.结果表明:由于钢淬硬以后,焊缝在氢的诱发和促进下发生脆化,并在拘束应力的作用下而形成了裂纹:铸件焊缝熔合线开裂是因为铸件热处理不完善所致,为此采用了“先E4303焊条打底,后E5016焊条进行第二层焊接”的工艺方法,有效地解决了该悬绳器焊缝冷裂纹的产生.

       

      Abstract: Through the exploration of the mechanism of welding cracks on beam hangers,the reason behind the crack is analyzed.Cracks are created by restrain stress on the steel which is embrittled due to the inducement and enhancement effects by hydrogen after quench hardening of the steel.Thus the contributing factors to welding cracks include quench hardening of steel,hydrogen and restrain stress.The cracks are proved by experiments to be cold welding cracks,and the cracks of casting weld junction are also proved to be a result of insufficient heat treatment of castings.A new process has been brought forward,using E4303 electrodes for backing weld and E5016 for second-layer welding,to eliminate cold crack resulting from insufficient heat treatment of the casting steel.
