    Mechanical Properties of ARB 1060 Industry Pure Aluminum

    • 摘要: 采用累积叠轧焊方法在室温下加工1060工业纯铝,分析了叠轧变形前后其力学性能的变化.结果表明:随着累积叠轧道次的增加,材料的抗拉强度和显微硬度都得到提高;拉伸断口处的韧窝逐渐变小变浅,但仍为韧性断裂;轧制1道次后试样的伸长率较母材的伸长率急剧降低,随着轧制的进行伸长率变化平稳;累积叠轧5道次材料的综合力学性能较好,抗拉强度提高到210 MPa,是母材的2.41倍,显微硬度78.5 HV,是母材的2.2倍,伸长率9.3%,仅是母材的0.21倍.

       

      Abstract: The mechanical performance change of 1060 industry pure aluminum which had been processed under room temperature condition using accumulative rollbonding(ARB) was analyzed.The experimental results indicate that the material tensile strength and microhardness were enhanced with rolling pass increase.The dimple of the fracture gradually became smaller and shallower but it was still gliding fracture.The elongation percentage dropped remarkably at the first pass,and then its changes was smooth with the rolling pass increase.After five cycles,the material obtained fairly good mechanical properties.Compared to the properties of the parent metal,the tensile strength enhanced to 210 MPa approximately 2.41 times,the microhardness enhanced to 78.5 HV about 2.2 times and the elongation percentage was 9.3% only 0.21 times.
