    Superplastic Forming Technology of Box-shaped Piece of High-temperature Titanium Alloy BTi6431S

    • 摘要: 采用速度突变法对BTi6431S钛合金进行了高温超塑性拉伸试验,得到了其超塑性特征参数;在此基础上用Marc2003有限元软件模拟了BTi6431S板料盒形件的超塑性成型过程,获得了用于成型工艺的优化加载曲线,并进行了超塑性成型试验.结果表明:BTi6431S钛合金有较好的高温超塑性,在865 ℃下,应变速率为1.5×10-4 s-1时,应变速率敏感指数m=0.5,伸长率为306.1%,流变应力为71.2 MPa;在经过优化的加载路径下可以成型出质量合格的复杂盒形件,其厚度的预测结果与试验结果吻合良好.

       

      Abstract: The superplastic parameters of titanium alloy BTi6431S was obtained using sudden rate changing technique in superplastic temperature range.On the basis of tensile test,the formability of titanium alloy BTi6431S was analyzed and the superplastic forming of box-shaped piece of BTi6431S sheet was simulated with the aid of finite element analysis software Marc2003.Then,the process of superplastic forming was tested.The results show that the titanium alloy BTi6431S has good superplasticity with m=0.5,δ=306.1% and flow stress σ=71.2 MPa at about 865 ℃ and =1.5×10-4 s-1,and could form deep box-shaped pieces with good quality.
