    Research Progress of W-Cu Composites

    • 摘要: 钨铜复合材料具有高的强度、良好的导电导热性、低的热膨胀系数、良好的高温抗氧化性等诸多的优良性能; 重点介绍了钨铜复合材料的应用、传统制备方法及国内外钨铜复合材料制备新工艺的研究发展。

       

      Abstract: W-Cu composites have many excellent properties such as high strength, excellent electric conductivity, low thermal expansion and high-temperature oxidation resistance. The application, the preparation techniques including the traditional processes and the latest processes for W-Cu composites both at home and abroad are introduced as key points.
