相变能及相变诱发塑性增量的测试
Measurement of Transformation Energy and Increment of Transformation-induced Plasticity

摘要: 利用亚稳态材料的拉伸曲线,通过产生应变诱发马氏体相变前的奥氏体硬化曲线段外推,提出了相变能及相变诱发塑性增量的测试方法;并以铬镍系奥氏体不锈钢为例进行了测试.结果表明:奥氏体不锈钢在-196 ℃时,随应变量的增加单位体积分数(1%)马氏体的相变能基本保持恒定,其值为11.3×106 J·m-3;单位体积分数(1%)马氏体相变诱发的塑性增量为0.205%.Abstract: Using the tensile curve of metastable materials,a method for measuring transformation energy (Ept) of strain-induced martensite and increment of transformation-induced plasticity was proposed by extrapolating hardening curve of austenite.Ept and the averaging plasticity increment (P value) was tested at -196 ℃ using a CrNi series austenite stainless steel as an example.The results show that per unit volume fraction Ept keeps a constant value of 11.3×106 J·m-3 in the stages of elasto-plasitic instability and stress plateau.The averaging plasticity increment (P value) induced by transformation per unit volume fraction is 0.205%.
