三聚氰胺泡沫塑料的吸声性能

Absorbing Property of Open-cell Melamine Foam

  • 摘要: 通过驻波管试验对三聚氰胺泡沫塑料的吸声性能进行了测试,分析了材料厚度、密度对其吸声性能的影响,并与其它常用多孔吸声材料进行了比较.结果表明:材料厚度对其吸声性能的影响较大,密度对吸声性能只在频率400 Hz以下略有影响;三聚氰胺泡沫塑料较纤维材料低频(<1 kHz)吸声系数低,中高频(≥1 kHz)系数高;与聚氨酯泡沫塑料相比,低频(<1 kHz)吸声性能相当,中高频(≥1 kHz)吸声性能较佳.
    Abstract: The effect of thickness and density of the melamine foam on the sound absorption coefficient was analyzed by impedance experiment.The data show that density has only little effect below frequency 400 Hz,and the thickness has more effect on the acoustic absorption than density.A comparison was done between melamine foam and fiber absorbing materials.The melamine foam has lower absorbing coefficient below frequency 1 kHz and higher than the fiber absorbing materials.Another comparison was done between melamine foam and polyurethane foam.The melamine foam has similar absorbing coefficient at low frequency bands(<1 kHz),at medium frequency and high frequency bands(≥1 kHz) melamine foam had higher absorption coefficient than other foams.
