等径角挤压对Al-5Ti-1B合金中第二相的影响
Effects of Equal Channel Angular Pressing on the Second Phases of Al-5Ti-1B Alloy

摘要: 在室温下对Al-5Ti-1B合金进行8道次等径角挤压试验,并运用X射线衍射仪、光学显微镜和扫描电镜等手段研究了变形前后Al-5Ti-1B合金中第二相的变化.结果表明:等径角挤压可以使Al-5Ti-1B合金中第二相颗粒细化,并改善了第二相颗粒分布的均匀性;随挤压次数的增加,大块状TiAl3相由20~80 μm粗晶粒细化到5 μm左右;呈团块状且分布不均的TiB2经挤压后得到均匀分布;硬颗粒第二相同时对基体有剪切作用,这也是晶粒细化的原因之一.Abstract: Al-5Ti-1B alloy was deformed by equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) with the number of pressing passes being 8 at room temperature.The X-ray diffraction,optical microscope and scanning electronic microscope were used to investigate the change of the second phases in Al-5Ti-1B alloy before and after ECAP deformation.The results indicate that the grain size of the second phase in Al-5Ti-1B alloy are obviously refined and more homogeneous.With the increase of pressing passes,the grain sizes of TiAl3 phase are refined from 20-80 μm to about 5 μm,and the grains of TiB2 phase are more homogeneous.The shearing action of hard second phase particles in matrix is one of the reasons of the grain refinement.
