    超(超)临界火电机组用高加管的国产化

    Locatization of High Pressure Feedwater Heater Tubes for Super-critical(Ultra-super-critical) Thermal Power Plant

    • 摘要: 为实现超(起)临界火电机组用材料为SA556 Gr.C2的高加管的国产化,在分析进口高加管材料显微组织和性能关系的基础上,优化了它的化学成分和热处理工艺并试制出了高加管.结果表明:适当调整碳含量在0.17%~0.22%,提高锰含量到0.90%~1.00%,降低正火温度到910~930 ℃,并适当提高正火冷却速率,可使生产出材料的组织和性能得到保证;小批量生产的高加管的质量达到了美国ASME标准.

       

      Abstract: In crder to realize the home manufacture of high pressure feedwater heater tube material for super-critial (altra-super-critial thermal power plant) of SA556Gr.C2 alloy,based on the analysis of the relationship between microstructure and mechanical properties of the imported alloy,chemical composition and heat treatment process of SA556Gr.C2 steel were optimized.Then a high pressure feedwater heater tube was prepared.The results show that after appropriate readjustment of C content in 0.17wt%-0.22wt%,increasing Mn content to 090%-1.00%,decreasing the normalizing temperature to 910-930 ℃ and suitablely raising cooling rate,the microstructure and properties of the material could be guaranted.The quality of the small amount manufacturing reached the standard of AMSE.
