    航空用钛合金抗微动疲劳表面改性技术的研究进展

    Research Advancement for Surface Modification Technology Used for Anti-fretting Fatigue of Aerial Titanium Alloys

    • 摘要: 对现有钛合金抗微动疲劳表面改性技术的应用现状及存在的问题进行了论述, 重点介绍了一种新型的型表面改性技术——激光冲击强化技术, 并分析了激光冲击强化的原理, 以及该技术在钛合金抗微动疲劳领域的研究现状, 最后对该技术的应用前景进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: The application and some problems of surface modification technologies used for enhancing fretting fatigue of aerial titanium alloys are summarized. A new titanium alloy surface modification technology-laser shock peening (LSP) is introduced significantly, and the principle of LSP and the research status of the technology in the filed of anti-fretting fatigue of titanium alloy are analyzed. At last, the application of the technology in future was look forwarded.
