    • 摘要: 某电梯梯级链长轴销在装配过程中发生了断裂,采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、直读光谱仪、能谱仪和显微硬度机等对断裂的轴销进行了宏观形貌、化学成分、硬度、显微组织和开裂面形貌分析,以找出断裂原因.结果表明:其断裂的主要原因是轴销表面存在磨削应力和淬火残余应力,并在氢的共同作用下,轴销表面产生了氢致延迟性开裂,随着时间的延长裂纹进一步扩展,导致了轴销在装配过程中断裂.

       

      Abstract: A elevator chain lift long axle-pin fractured in assembling process.In order to find out the failure causes,macro morphology,chemical composition,micro-hardness,microstructure and fracture morphology were analyzed by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,photoelectric direct reading spectrometer,EDS and micro-hardness tester.The results show that the main fracture reasons were the grinding stress and quenching retained stress on the axle-pin surface.And with the cooperation of the stress and hydrogen,hydrogen ductile-brittle fracture occurred on the surface.With the prolongation of the time the crack grew,that led to the axle-pin fracture in the process of assembling.
