    利用钢渣和粉煤灰烧结制备微晶玻璃工艺的优化

    Optimization of the Heat-treatment of Glass-ceramics Prepared from Steel Slag and Fly Ash

    • 摘要: 利用钢渣和粉煤灰化学组成的互补性,采用烧结法制备了以透辉石为主晶相的微晶玻璃;通过正交试验研究了各主要工艺参数对微晶玻璃性能的影响,并得出最优的工艺参数.结果表明:影响微晶玻璃抗弯强度的工艺因素的主次顺序为烧结时间、晶化温度、晶化时间、烧结温度;最佳的工艺参数为晶化温度790 ℃,晶化时间1.5 h,烧结温度1 115 ℃,烧结时间2 h;制备的微晶玻璃完全能满足建筑材料的性能要求.

       

      Abstract: Making use of the chemical composition complementarity between steel slag and fly ash,diopside-based glass ceramic was made from steel slag and fly ash by sintering process.The effect of process parameters on the properties of glass-ceramics was studied and the best process parameters were obtained through orthogonal test.The results show that the order of factors affecting flexural strength is sintering time,crystallization temperature,sintering temperature and crystallization time.And the best process parameters are crystallization at 790 ℃ for 1.5 h and sintering at 1 115 ℃ for 2 h.
