    玻璃纤维增强聚合物混凝土的抗压强度

    Compression Strength of Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer Concrete

    • 摘要: 采用玻璃纤维来增强聚合物混凝土(PC),并通过一组正交试验测定了不同配比玻璃纤维增强聚合物混凝土(GFRPC)试样的抗压强度,分析了各试验因素对材料抗压强度的影响规律.结果表明:玻璃纤维长度和玻璃纤维用量对材料的抗压强度影响较大,随它们的增加抗压强度先增加后减小;环氧树脂用量、增韧剂用量和骨料级配的影响相对较小,采用第三组骨料级配时GFRPC获得最好的抗压强度,环氧树脂用量的增加使材料的抗压强度增加,增韧剂用量的增加使抗压强度先下降后升高.

       

      Abstract: Polymer concrete (PC),with its good damping properties,is a kind of material suitable for elementary machine parts in machine tools for high-precision machining.However,mechanical properties of this material are not so good,which prevented it from being widely used.Orthogonal tests were carried out to prepare glass fiber reinforced polymer concrete with different proportions.Compression strength of the samples was measured.How the factors affect the compression strength of the materials was studied.The results show that length of glass fiber and glass fiber dosage have greater affections on compression strength than epoxy dosage,flexibilizer dosage and granite proportion.Length of glass fiber,glass fiber dosage and granite proportion have an optimum point on compression strength.Increasing dosage of epoxy resulte in the increase of compression strength.When flexibilizer dosage increased,compression strength first decrease and then increase.
