    强磁场对Sn-4Cu合金凝固过程中Cu6Sn5相的影响

    Effects of High Magnetic Field on Cu6Sn5 Phase of Sn-4Cu Alloy

    • 摘要: 为了研究强磁场对Sn-4Cu合金凝固过程中Cu6Sn5相的影响,对有无强磁场情况下合金的凝固组织进行了对比,通过X射线衍射对晶粒取向进行了分析.结果表明:在磁场作用下的凝固过程中,Cu6Sn5晶体长度增加,有沿磁场方向排列取向的趋势;试样上、底部的Cu6Sn5相形貌存在很大的差异,铜元素的分布变化显著,反映了强磁场对热对流的抑制作用;强磁场对Sn-4Cu合金中各相的影响以及对Cu6Sn5晶体取向的影响比较小.

       

      Abstract: A comparison between the solidification structure of Sn-4Cu alloy with and without high magnetic field had been done to investigate the influence of magnetic field on the solidification.The results show that the Cu6Sn5 crystals had grown and aligned along the magnetic field direction.The shape of Cu6Sn5 crystals at the top was different from that at the bottom in the alloy.The Cu element distribution changed from the top to the bottom remarkably.This phenomenon indicates that the high magnetic field restrains heat convection.From the XRD analysis results,it can be found that high magnetic field has slight effect on the Cu6Sn5 crystals orientations.
