    高压和时效处理对铜铬合金电导率的影响

    Effects of High Pressure and Aging Treatment on Electrical Conductivity of Cu-Cr Alloy

    • 摘要: 研究了高压和时效处理对铜铬合金电导率的影响。结果表明: 高压处理能降低合金的电导率, 而高压处理后再经适当的时效处理能提高合金的电导率, 并能显著缩短电导率达到较高值所需的时效时间; 合金经3 GPa压力处理后再在500 ℃时效2 h, 可获得较高的电导率, 为18.76 MS·m-1。

       

      Abstract: Effects of high pressure and aging treatments on electrical conductivity of Cu-Cr alloy were studied. The results show that high pressure treatment could decrease electrical conductivity of the Cu-Cr alloy, however, high pressure treatment followed by optimum aging treatment could increase the electrical conductivity and remarkably shorten aging time to reach higher electrical conductivity. The higher electrical conductivity, 18.76 MS·m-1, could be obtained after the alloy was treated with 3 GPa pressure and followed by aging at 500 ℃ for 2 h.
