    Progress in Cell Scaffold Biomaterials Used in Bone Tissue Engineering

    • 摘要: 概述了作为骨组织工程细胞支架修复和替换用的高分子生物材料、生物陶瓷材料、陶瓷/聚合物基复合材料和第三代生物活性复合材料的研究进展.指出模拟天然骨形成机制,可以制备出仿生径向梯度分布、生物活性、无机物增强相与可降解材料复合且多孔的细胞支架材料,将是未来骨组织工程用支架材料的发展趋势.

       

      Abstract: Some biomaterials for bone replacement and graft based on tissue engineering are reviewed,including polymeric biomaterials,ceramics biomaterials,ceramics-polymer composite biomaterials,and bioactive composites.It is pointed out that the degradable cell scaffold biomaterials with bioactiveation,porousity,and inorganic phase strengthening,and bionic simulation of the natural bone formation are the trend in bone tissue engineering in the future.
