    20钢在不同介质中的硫化物应力腐蚀开裂敏感性

    Sulfide Stress Corrosion Cracking Susceptibility of 20 Steel in Different Medias

    • 摘要: 采用慢应变速率试验(SSRT)研究了20钢在不同介质(分别含有不同组合的CH3COOH、NaCl和Na2S2O3混合溶液)中的应力腐蚀开裂行为, 并探讨了pH、Cl-和S2O32-对该钢应力腐蚀开裂的影响。结果表明: CH3COOH、NaCl和Na2S2O3均对20钢的应力腐蚀开裂都起促进作用, 三者之间还具有协同作用; 该钢在10-3mol·L-1 Na2S2O3+5% NaCl+0.5%CH3COOH溶液中的应力腐蚀开裂敏感性最强。

       

      Abstract: The stress corrosion cracking (SCC) behavior of 20 steel in different medias, which were mixed solution containing CH3COOH, NaCl and Na2S2O3, was studied by slow strain rate tests (SSRT), and the effects of pH, Cl- and S2O32- on SCC of the steel. The results show that CH3COOH, NaCl and Na2S2O3 could accerelate SCC of 20 steel and they also had synergetic effect. 20 steel had the highest cracking sensitivity in solultion of 10-3mol·L-1 Na2S2O3+5%NaCl +0.5% CH3COOH.
