    Fracture Causes of TA2 Studs in a Purified Terephthalic Acid Production Device

    • 摘要: 某精对苯二甲酸(PTA)生产线结晶器内与搅拌轴联接的钛合金螺柱发生了断裂,从断口的宏观和微观形貌、螺柱的力学性能以及显微组织等方面入手对断裂原因进行了分析.结果表明:由于轴承偏磨,该组联接螺柱受到了较大的疲劳载荷,且该组螺柱强度差异较大,导致部分螺柱依次发生疲劳断裂,当剩余的螺柱不足以承受工作载荷时,发生突然的过载断裂.

       

      Abstract: In a purified terephthalic acid(PTA) production device,some titanium alloy threaded studs connecting stirring shaft broke,and the fracture causes were analyzed by means of macroscopic and microscopic rupture surface analysis,mechanical property testing and microstructure observation.The results show that because of bearing eccentric wear,great fatigue load was applied to these studs with large differences in strength,so some studs exhibited fatigue cracking and when the remaining bolts could not support the working load,overload fracture happened.
