    汽车曲轴热加工表面开裂原因分析

    Failure Analysis of Automobile Crankshaft Cracking in Heat-treatment

    • 摘要: 用电子探针X射线微区分析仪、金相检验等方法对42CrMo汽车曲轴生产过程中出现表面裂纹的原因进行了分析.结果表明:原材料中存在明显的异金属夹杂物和非金属夹杂物及晶界杂质偏聚是造成曲轴淬火表面开裂的主要原因.

       

      Abstract: Failure analysis of the surface cracks of 42CrMo automobile crankshaft was performed with EMPA,EDS and metallographic examination.The results show that the apparent and non-metallic inclusions existing in the raw materials and segregation in the composition of grain-boundary were the reason why quench caused the cracking at the surface of the crankshaft.
