    Cracking Reason of Round Diamond Saw-blade

    • 摘要: 1.65 m金刚石圆锯片使用3 d即在中心安装孔表面发现裂纹,采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、化学成分分析和力学性能测试等方法对开裂原因进行了分析.结果表明:锯片体裂纹萌生于锯片的表面,断口特征以沿晶断裂为主;在裂源区存在厚度约150 μm、硬度为51.5 HRC的针状马氏体组织区,锯片表面开裂是磨削加工不当所致.

       

      Abstract: The surface cracks of mounting hole of  1.65 m round diamond saw-blade were found after working for three days.The cracking reason were analyzed using optical microscope(OM),scanning electronic microscope(SEM),chemical compositions analysis and mechanical properties test,etc.The results showed that,the cracks were propagated on the surface of the saw blade.And the main fracture feature was intergranular.A layer of 150 μm needle-shape martensited zone with hardness of 51.5 HRC existed at the cracking source.It is the improperly grinding technology that resulted in the surface cracks.
