    聚氨酯增韧改性环氧树脂粘接SiC颗粒耐磨涂层的耐冲蚀性能

    Erosive Wear Resistance of Epoxy Resin/SiC Wear Resistant Coating Modified by Polyurethane

    • 摘要: 通过改变增韧剂聚氨酯(PU)的加入量,研究了聚氨酯改性环氧树脂粘接SiC颗粒耐磨涂层的粘接强度和耐冲蚀磨损性能.结果表明:加入适量的PU可有效改善环氧树脂胶体的粘接性能,PU加入量(质量分数)为15%时,改性环氧树脂粘接SiC颗粒耐磨涂层的粘接强度最高;涂层的耐冲蚀性能则随冲蚀角度的不同而变化,在大角度冲蚀时,PU加入量30%~35%的耐冲蚀性能最好,而小角度冲蚀时,PU加入量5%~15%的耐冲蚀性能最好;无论大角度还是小角度其耐冲蚀磨损性能都好于相同试验条件下白口铸铁的耐冲蚀性能.

       

      Abstract: The adhesive strength and erosive wear resistance of SiC particles wear resistant coating bonded by polyurethane modified epoxy resin were studied by changing additive content of toughening agent polyurethane (PU).The results show that proper addition of PU could improve the bond behavior of epoxy resin.When PU addition was 15wt%,the bonding strength of SiC wear resistant coating bonded by modified epoxy resin was the highest.The erosion wear properties would be changed as the impact angle changed.The best erosion wear resistance would be obtained at large impact angle when the PU content was 30wt%-35wt%,and at small impact angle when the PU content was 5wt%-15wt%.The erosion wear property of SiC wear resistant coating bonded by modified epoxy resin was better than the white iron under the same impact condition at both small and large impact angles.
