Abstract:
Based on the uniaxial time-dependent deformation and failure behavior of 63Sn-37Pb solder alloy,the damage-coupled time-dependent cyclic constitutive model and fatigue failure model were proposed.In the models,the evolution equation of damage was introduced and the time-dependent effect was taken into account.The theoretical model was used to simulate the deformation behavior and fatigue failure behavior at different strain rates,strain amplitudes,dwell time and history.The model was also used to predict the fatigue life.The comparison between the predicted and experimental results demonstrates that the proposed theoretical model is reasonable and useful.
