    纳米ZnFexCr2-xO4粉体的制备及表征

    Preparation and Characterization of Nano-ZnFexCr2-xO4 Powders

    • 摘要: 用化学共沉淀法制备了ZnFexCr2-xO4纳米粉体,用XRD分析了六种不同试样的相结构,计算了各试样的晶格常数、粒径及密度;用TG/DTA、FTIR和SEM等分析手段研究了粉体的形成过程及其形貌与粒径.结果表明:六种试样均为尖晶石结构,且随其中铁含量的增加,晶格发生膨胀,晶粒变小,密度降低.

       

      Abstract: Nano-ZnFexCr2-xO4 powers were prepared by chemical coprecipitation method.Phase structures of the prepared six different kinds of powders were analyzed by XRD,and lattice parameters,particle size and density of them were calculated accrding to XRD results.Formation process and morphology of them were studied by TG/DTA,FTIR and SEM.The experimental results displayed that all the six samples had the same structure of spinel.And with the increase of Fe content,the crystal lattice expanded,the particle size decreased and the density lowered.
