    Compressive Properties of Advanced Pore Morphology Aluminum Foam Filling Square Tube

    • 摘要: 采用先进孔形态(APM)泡沫铝单元为芯体材料, 以方形铝管为面板材料制备了复合方管, 然后进行准静态压缩试验, 并与传统方法制备的泡沫铝以及填充方管进行了比较。结果表明: APM泡沫铝单元与传统泡沫铝、APM泡沫铝单元填充方管与传统泡沫铝填充方管的压缩性能差别不大; APM泡沫铝单元与铝方管的相互作用显著提高了填充方管的压缩性能, 并改变了其压缩变形方式, 可用于制备复杂结构的泡沫铝夹层结构材料。

       

      Abstract: Composite square tube was prepared by taking advanced pore morphology (APM) aluminum foam units as core material and square aluminum tube as panel material, then the quasi-static compression testing was performed, and the comparison between the APM aluminum foam and square tube with the traditional ones. The results show that the compression performance of APM foam aluminum units and traditional foam aluminum was not very different, and that of APM aluminum foam units fulling square tube and traditional ones also was little difference. The compressive properties of the filling square tube was improved significantly by the interaction of APM foam aluminum units square aluminum tube, and the deformation style of the filling square tube was also changed. So, APM aluminum foam units could be used for preparating complex aluminum foam sandwich structure materials.
