    激光冲击强化对LY2铝合金残余应力、显微组织及疲劳性能的影响

    Effects of Laser Shock Peening on Residual Stress, Microstructure and Fatigue Property of LY2 Aluminum Alloy

    • 摘要: 通过试验研究了激光冲击强化(LSP)对LY2铝合金表面残余应力、硬度分布、显微组织及疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明: LSP后LY2铝合金表面的残余压应力和硬度显著提高, 晶粒尺寸明显变小且更均匀, 疲劳裂纹扩展更加缓慢, 疲劳寿命显著提高。

       

      Abstract: Effects of laser shock peening (LSP) on surface residual stress, hardness distribution, microstructure and fatigue life of LY2 aluminum alloy were studied by experiments. Results show that the surface compressive residual stress and microhardness of LY2 aluminum alloy processed by laser shock peening were enhanced. The grains became finer and more uniform, which restrained the fatigue crack growth and resulted in the increase of fatigue life obviously.
