    退火对热轧X80管线钢织构和断口分离的影响

    Effect of Annealing on Texture and Fracture Separation of Rolled X80 Pipeline Steel

    • 摘要: 对“西气东输”二线工程使用的X80管线钢进行拉伸、冲击、落锤撕裂等试验时,在试样断口上产生了明显的断口分离现象;采用背散射电子衍射(EBSD)试验方法,通过分析该管线钢退火前后的显微组织和织构形态的变化,研究了断口分离产生的原因.结果表明:热轧态的X80钢板中存在明显的111〈110〉和110〈001〉织构;在700℃退火2 h后,这两类织构组分有所减少,并且出现了新的110〈111〉织构;退火后,该管线钢材料的平均晶粒尺寸由原来的2.27 μm变为2.84 μm,断口分离程度消除或减轻.

       

      Abstract: The tension,impact and drop welght tesring (DWT) tests were perfomed on X80 pipeline steel for the 2nd west-east gas pipeline project.Obvious fracture separation was found on the fracture surface of the sample.The fracture separation reason was investigated by using electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD) technique to analyze the transformation of microstructure and textures of the pipeline steel before and after annealing.The results show that there were obvious textures of 111 〈110〉 and 110 〈001〉 in hot rolled X80 steel plate,but a reduction of the two textures and a new texture of 110 〈111〉 was found after annealing at 700℃ for 2 h.The average grain size of the pipeline steel changed from 2.27 μm to 2.84 μm,and the fracture separation was reduced or even eliminated after annealing.
