    Deformation Behavior and Microstructure of AZ31 Magnesium Alloy during Upsetting Procedure at Different Servo Driving Modes

    • 摘要: 采用有限元分析和镦粗试验研究了不同伺服驱动模式下AZ31镁合金在镦粗变形过程中的变形行为, 并观察了镦粗前后镁合金的显微组织。结果表明: 在变形温度为250 ℃的条件下, 采用伺服低速匀速驱动模式和伺服减速驱动模式均有利于减小镦粗试样的损伤值、变形过程中的温差以及变形载荷; 在伺服减速驱动模式下, 镦粗后可获得更加细小的等轴晶组织, 该模式有利于镁合金动态再结晶的发生。

       

      Abstract: The deforming behavior of AZ31 magnesium alloy at different servo driving modes were studied by finite element method(FEM) and upsetting test, and the microsructure of the magnesium alloy before and after upsetting was observed. The results show that the damage of the sample deforming at the servo lower uniform speed driving mode and the servo decreasing-speed driving mode was decreased clearly at deformation temperature of 250 ℃, and the temperature difference during the deforming procedure and the deformation load were also decreased. The grain size of the sample at servo decreasing-speed driving mode was finer than that at the servo uniform speed driving mode, indicating that the servo decreasing-speed driving mode is in favor of the development of dynamic recrystallization of the magnesium alloy.
