    重力铸造与挤压铸造Al-5.0Cu-0.6Mn-1.0Fe-1.0Ni合金的高温力学性能对比

    Comparison on Elevated Temperature Mechanical Properties of Al-5.0Cu-0.6Mn-1.0Fe-1.0Ni Alloy Prepared by Gravity Die Casting and Squeeze Casting

    • 摘要: 采用拉伸试验机、光学显微镜、扫描电镜等对比研究了T7热处理后重力铸造与挤压铸造Al-5.0Cu-0.6Mn-1.0Fe-1.0Ni合金的显微组织及力学性能。结果表明: 与重力铸造合金相比, 挤压铸造合金中孔洞和针状Al7Cu2Fe相都有所减少, 块状Al9FeNi相变得细小弥散;热处理后挤压铸造合金在200 ℃下的抗拉强度、屈服强度及伸长率比重力铸造合金分别提高了3.8%, 10.8%和118.5%。

       

      Abstract: The microstructure and mechanical properties of the Al-5.0Cu-0.6Mn-1.0Fe-1.0Ni alloy prepared by gravity die casting and squeeze casting after T7 heat treatment were comparative studied by tensile testing machine, optical microscopy (OM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that pores and needle-like β-Fe (Al7Cu2Fe) phases in the alloy prepared by squeeze casting decreased obviously and the block-like Al9FeNi phase became smaller and more dispersive, compared to the alloy prepared by gravity die casting. The tensile strength, yield strength and elongation at 200 ℃ of the alloy prepared by squeeze casting increased by 3.8%, 10.8% and 118.5%, respectively, as compared with the alloy prepared by gravity die casting.
