Abstract:
The microstructure, chemical composition of micro area and precipitated phase extraction of the fire face side specimen, fire back side specimen and neutral side specimen of T92 steel pipe used for high temperature reheater in a supercritical boiler after servicing for 10 500 h were analyzed. The results show that the martensite lath in T92 steel after servicing for 10 500 h disappeared, the grains grew up, precipitate aggregation in the fire face side appeared. Alloy elements Cr, Mo, W, V, Nb in T92 steel after working for 10 500 h migrated from matrix to precipitate. The precipitate types of fire face side specimen, fire back side specimen and neutral side specimen of T92 steel were similar and mainly included Cr23C6, (V, Nb)N and Laves phase.
