    优化合金元素加入量对蠕墨铸铁耐磨性的影响

    The Effect of Added Amount of Alloying Elements on Wear-resistance of Compacted Garphite Cast Iron

    • 摘要: 通过设计合金元素锑、硼、磷加入量的三因素、二水平的正交试验,研究了合金元素及其加入量对蠕墨铸铁的蠕化率、基体组织、硬度和耐磨性的影响.优选出了合金元素的加入量为:003%Sb,0.03%B,0.25%P,并对新材料进行了模拟磨损试验.结果表明:新研制的低合金蠕墨铸铁比铬钼铜硼磷灰铸铁的综合相对耐磨性提高17.56%,而生产成本有所降低.

       

      Abstract: Through designing the orthogonal experiment of three factors,i.e.,alloying elements:Sb,B and P,in two levels,the effects of these alloying elements on compacted graphite percentage,hardness,matrix,wear-resistance of RE-treated compacted graphite cast iron and the significance of factors and levels on the index were studied.The amount of added alloying elements was optimized to be 0.03%Sb,0.03%B and 0.25%P.The wear simulation tests,simulating cylinder liner and piston ring,indicated that the complex wear-resistance of the new low alloyed compacted graphite cast iron was increased by 17.56% than that of gray cast iron alloyed with Cr,Mo,Cu,B,P,and the production cost was reduced.
