    Electrochemcial Corrosion Behavior of X80 Pipeline Steel in Yan′an Soil with Saturated Water

    • 摘要: 采用电化学测试、扫描电镜及能谱仪分析等方法,研究了X80管线钢在延安地区水饱和土壤中的电化学腐蚀行为.结果表明:随腐蚀时间的延长,该钢的腐蚀速率先减小后增大,但腐蚀趋势增大,钢基体表面由以全面腐蚀为主转为以局部腐蚀为主,腐蚀机理为氧浓差腐蚀电池和局部腐蚀自催化效应,腐蚀速率主要受氧扩散过程控制;其腐蚀产物主要为铁的氧化物.

       

      Abstract: The electrochemical corrosion behavior of X80 pipeline steel was investigated in Yan′an soil with saturated water by using electrochemical measurement,scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrum analysis.The results show that the corrosion rate of the steel decreased first then increased with the prolongation of corrosion time,and the corrosion tendency increased.The corrosion morphology on the steel substrate was changed from uniform corrosion to localized corrosion.The corrosion mechanisms were oxygen-concentration corrosion cell and localized corrosion autocatalysis effect,and the corrosion rate was controlled by oxygen diffusion process.The corrosion product was main iron oxides.
