Abstract:
Precipitated phases in hot-rolled and recrystallized (recystallization temperature of 1 350 ℃) oxide dispersion strengthened PM2000 steels were studied by transmission electron microscopy and energy disperse spectroscopy. The results show that the hot-rolled and recrystallized steels all had four kinds precipitated phases with same types, they were Al-Fe(Cr)O, Al(Cr, Ti)O, Al-Y(Fe, Cr)O and Fe-Cr(Al,Ti), and their sizes were 10-50 nm and their distribution was nonuniform. Meanwhile, gathering phenomenon was found around bigger precipitated phases, and Al-Fe(Cr)O precipitated phases were found in the steels firstly.
