    不同状态氧化物弥散强化铁素体钢PM2000中的析出相

    Precipitated Phases in Oxide Dispersion Strengthened Ferritic Steel PM2000 in Different States

    • 摘要: 采用透射电镜和能谱仪对热轧态以及经1 350 ℃再结晶处理的氧化物弥散强化(ODS)PM2000钢中的析出相进行研究。结果表明: 两种状态钢中的析出相种类相同, 均为Al-Fe(Cr)O、Al(Cr, Ti)O、Al-Y(Fe, Cr)O以及Fe-Cr(Al,Ti)金属间化合物, 且尺寸多集中在10~50 nm, 但分布并不均匀, 较大析出相周围有聚集现象, 且首次在该材料中发现了Al-Fe(Cr)O析出相。

       

      Abstract: Precipitated phases in hot-rolled and recrystallized (recystallization temperature of 1 350 ℃) oxide dispersion strengthened PM2000 steels were studied by transmission electron microscopy and energy disperse spectroscopy. The results show that the hot-rolled and recrystallized steels all had four kinds precipitated phases with same types, they were Al-Fe(Cr)O, Al(Cr, Ti)O, Al-Y(Fe, Cr)O and Fe-Cr(Al,Ti), and their sizes were 10-50 nm and their distribution was nonuniform. Meanwhile, gathering phenomenon was found around bigger precipitated phases, and Al-Fe(Cr)O precipitated phases were found in the steels firstly.
