    喷射电沉积制备多孔金属镍工艺

    Preparation of Porous Nickel Metal by Jet Electrodeposition

    • 摘要: 采用喷射电沉积方法,在直流不同加工参数条件下制备了多孔金属镍;利用扫描电镜(SEM)和高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)对试样的显微结构进行了观察和分析;研究了喷射参数对制备多孔金属的电沉积速率、表面形貌及孔隙率的影响.结果表明:在喷射距离为20 mm,电流密度为500 A·dm-2的条件下,随着喷射流量的增大,沉积速率减小,孔隙率增大,孔隙均匀度减小;采用喷射流量为100 L·h-1时,得到孔隙分布致密均匀、孔隙率为70.1%的多孔金属镍;沉积层表面随喷射流量的增大趋向平整,晶粒明显细化,但是结晶形态无明显变化.

       

      Abstract: Porous nickel metal was prepared by jet electrodeposition metrod using DC power under different processing parameters.Microstructure of the prepared porous nickel was studied by SEM and HRTEM.Effects of jet parameters on the deposition rate,surface morphology and porousity were stadied.The results show that when the current density was 500 A·dm-2 and the distance between nozzle and cathode was 20 mm,with the increase of jet folw,the deposition rate and porosity distribution uniformity decreased,but porousity increasd.When the jet flow was 100 L·h-1,dense and unform porous nickel metal could be prouced with porosity of 70.1%.With the increase of jet flow,the deposit surface tended to smooth and grain refine obviously,but crystalline morphology had no significant changes.
