    SiC颗粒表面处理对SiC/Cu复合材料性能的影响

    Effect of Surface Treatment of SiC Particles on Properties of SiC/Cu Composites

    • 摘要: 将SiC颗粒在1 100℃和空气气氛下锻烧6 h得到氧化态的SiC颗粒,在5%HF酸中浸泡24 h得到酸洗过的SiC颗粒;然后采用非均相沉淀包裹法制得铜包裹不同状态SiC复合粉体,采用热压烧结工艺制备了含有35%SiC(体积分数)的SiC/Cu复合材料;对复合材料的微观结构和性能进行了研究和分析.结果表明:与原始态SiC颗粒的复合材料相比,对SiC颗粒进行高温氧化和酸洗后使得SiC/Cu复合材料具有不同的界面结合状态,均能提高复合材料的强度和硬度,酸洗态SiC颗粒制备的复合材料强度和硬度均最高.

       

      Abstract: SiC particles were calcined at 1 100℃ in air atmosphere for 6 h to obtain oxidized SiC particles and then immersed in aqueous solution of 5% hydrofluoric acid for 24 h to attain acid-etched SiC particles.Cu coated SiC composite powders were prepared by heterogeneous precipitation coated method and hot pressing sintering was used to prepare SiC/Cu composites with 35vol% SiC particles.The microstructure and properties of the composites were analyzed.The results show that compared with the composites prepared with original SiC particles,the composites made by high-temperature oxidations and acid-etched SiC particles exhibited different interfacial bonding states with the increase of strength and hardness.The composites made by acid-etched SiC particles had the highest strength and the highest hardness.
