    Failure Analysis of the Fracture of Some High Strength Bolts

      摘要
    • 摘要: 对某航空设备高强度螺栓的断裂原因进行了分析.结果表明：该螺栓在电镀过程中吸入了氢,在应力作用下发生了氢脆断裂.对钢中的氢陷阱及高强钢的除氢处理进行了讨论.

       

      Abstract: The reason of the fracture of some high strength bolts which were applied to aeronautical facility was analyzed.The results show that the high strength bolt is permeated by hydrogen and the hydrogen enbrittlement fracture occurres under stress.The hydrogen trap and hydrogen-eliminating treatment are discussed.
