    Research Progress of Novel Fluorinated Polymer Low Surface Energy Antifouling Coatings

    • 摘要: 概述了含氟聚合物低表面能防污涂层的发展现状,重点介绍了新型含氟低表面能防污涂层中氟碳功能基团存在于主干和支链上的性能特点,归纳了制备工艺、分子链结构、相对分子质量、微观结构以及接枝PEG等对聚合物涂层表面性能的影响,最后总结了含氟低表面能防污涂层存在的问题,并对防污涂层研究的前景进行了展望.

       

      Abstract: The development status of fluorinated polymer low surface energy antifouling coatings is summarized,the properties of fluorinated low surface energy antifouling coatings with fluorocarbon groups in the middle and at the end of the chains are specially introduced,and the effects of preparation progress,molecular chain structure,relative molecular mass microstructure and grafted PEG on the surface properties of the polymer coatings are generalized.The existing problems of fluorinated low surface energy antifouling coatings are mentioned,and the future prospects are forecasted.
