采用修正θ投影法预测Cr25Ni35Nb炉管钢的蠕变性能
Prediction of Creep Properties for Cr25Ni35Nb Furnace Tube Steel by Modified θ Projection Method

摘要: 在不同温度和不同应力下对Cr25Ni35Nb炉管钢进行了蠕变试验; 并采用修正后的θ投影法对该钢的蠕变曲线进行了拟合, 得到了蠕变方程中参数θi的数学表达式, 建立了该钢在任意温度和应力条件下的蠕变曲线方程, 并据此预测了950 ℃、18 MPa下该钢的蠕变曲线。结果表明: 预测曲线和试验曲线吻合较好。Abstract: The creep tests on the Cr25Ni35Nb furnace tube steel were performed under different temperatures and stresses, the creep curves for the steel were fitted by modified θ projection method. The mathematical expressions of the parameter θi were built and the creep curve equation of the steel under arbitrary temperatures and stresses was established. Then the creep curve at 950 ℃ and 18 MPa was predicted. The results indicate that the predicted creep curve showed a good agreement with the experimental one.
