    Identification of the Damage Parameters of Aluninium Alloy AA6014 with Inverse Technique

    • 摘要: 以汽车上常用的AA6014铝合金为研究对象,以Gurson模型为例,通过静态拉伸试验与有限元仿真相结合,用有限元反推法获得合适的损伤参数,并将得到的损伤参数应用于动态拉伸试验的仿真.结果表明:有限元反推法能够得到合适的损伤参数,损伤参数对应变速率不敏感,并且与网格的尺寸相关,随着网格尺寸的增大,损伤参数减小.

       

      Abstract: The AA6014 aluminium alloy used in automobile was studied.The static tensile tests combined with FEM were carried out to get appropriate damage parameters of Gurson.And then the results were validated by dynamic tensile tests.The results show that appropriate parameters which depend on element dimension can be acquired by reverse way.The damage parameter decrease while the sizes increase.In addition,damage parameters are not sensitive to the strain ratio.
