    电磁/超声复合能场对连续铸轧铅合金阳极板电化学性能的影响

    Effect of Electromagnetic/Ultrasonic Compound Energy Field on Electrochemical Properties of Continuous Cast-Rolled Lead Alloy Anode Plate

    • 摘要: 施加电磁/超声复合能场连续铸轧出了铅合金阳极板, 测试了其电化学性能, 并与普通连续铸轧阳极板和工业用阳极板进行了对比。结果表明: 施加复合能场之后, 铅合金阳极板的平均晶粒尺寸由连续铸轧的120 μm细化为20 μm; 复合能场连续铸轧阳极板的析氧电位比普通连续铸轧阳极板和工业用阳极板的分别降低了18 mV和49 mV, 腐蚀速率分别减小了6.1%和34.8%; 复合能场连续铸轧阳极板表面更易于形成PbO2氧化膜; 施加复合能场连续铸轧与普通连续铸轧的阳极板表面氧化膜均为小颗粒聚集体, 且前者更加细小均匀, 与基体结合更紧密, 工业用阳极板表面氧化膜为较疏松的大颗粒堆积物。

       

      Abstract: A lead alloy anode plate was cast-rolled with combination of electromagnetic field could ultrasonic field, and its electrochemical properties were tested and compared with the continuous cast-rolled and industrial anode plates. The results show that the combination field could decrease the grain size greatly from 120 μm to 20 μm compared to the continuous cast-rolling. The oxygen evolution potential of compound energy-field continuous cast-rolled anode plate was 18 mV and 49 mV lower than that of continuous cast-rolled anode plate and industrial anode plate, respectively, and the corrosion rate decrease by 6.1% and 34.8%. The surface of compound energy field continuous cast-rolled anode plate was more easily to generate oxidation film PbO2. The oxidation films on the surface of compound energy field continuous cast-rolled and continuous cast-rolled anode plates all were aggregate with small particles, and the former was finer and more uniform, and was more compact bonding with the substrate. The oxidation film on industrial anode plate surface was fair loose accumulation with large particles.
