    热等静压处理后TC4钛合金中等轴α相特征及其对拉伸性能的影响

    Characteristic of Equiaxed Alpha Phase in TC4 Titanium Alloy after Hot Isostatic Pressing and Effect of It on Tensile Properties

    • 摘要: 对铸造TC4钛合金进行热等静压处理后,研究了TC4钛合金中等轴α相的特征及其对拉伸性能的影响,并对拉伸断口形貌进行了分析.结果表明:经热等静压处理后,在钛合金的三角晶界处可能会形成尺寸约为5 μm的等轴α相,因等轴α相含量较少,对拉伸性能的影响很小;含有等轴α相钛合金的拉伸断口上存在由大量韧窝组成的平台区.

       

      Abstract: Hot isostatic pressing was carried on casted TC4 alloy,the characteristics of equiaxed alpha phase in TC4 titanium alloy and the effect of it on tensile properties were studied,and the tensile fracture also were analyzed.The results show that,after hot isostatic pressing,equiaxed alpha phase with size of 5 μm formed at triangle grain boundaries possibly,the small amounts of equiaxed alpha phase had little effect on the tensile properties.A platform area composed by amounts of dimples was founded on the tensile fracture of the alloy with equiaxed alpha phase.
