    Fabrication Weldability of Hardox 500 Wear-resistant Steel and Its Application

    • 摘要: Hardox 500钢板是一种细晶粒无碳化物马氏体和贝氏体耐磨钢板.对其焊接接头的性能、焊后组织的变化以及焊接工艺性进行了研究.结果表明:该钢板具有优良的焊接性,用500~600 MPa级别的低合金钢焊条焊接取得了较好的效果,已在产品上成功应用.

       

      Abstract: Hardox 500 is a kind of carbide-free wear-resistant steel with the microstructure of martensite-bainite.The properties of the welded joint and the microstructure transformation of this steel were investigated.The fabrication weldability of this steel was examined.The results indicate that Hardox 500 wear-resistant steel has good welding processablility and the low alloy electrode in strength range of 500-600 MPa can be used to weld this steel.This steel plate has been successfully applied.
