    高温变形对X70管线钢组织与性能的影响

    Effect of Thermal Deformation on Microstructure & Properties of X70 Pipeline Steel

    • 摘要: 采用热模拟技术模拟了X70管线钢感应加热弯管的制造过程,研究了不同变形加热温度、应变量和变形后冷却速率对X70管线钢组织与性能的影响.结果表明:高温变形可使X70管线钢的强韧性获得提高;变形加热温度小于1 050 ℃时可使X70钢获得较好的韧性;变形后冷却速率的增加使X70钢的韧性增加.

       

      Abstract: The induction heating production process of bends was simulated by the simulation technology.The effects of temperature,deformation degree and deformation cooling rate on microstructure and properties of X70 pipeline steel were studied.The results show that the strength and toughness of X70 pipeline steel both can be improved by thermal deformation.When deformation temperature was lower than 1 050 ℃ toughness of X70 could be improved.The toughness of X70 was also improved when the deformation cooling rate increased.
