锂、钒掺杂对Bi2(Zn1/3Nb2/3)2O7陶瓷烧结温度和介电性能的影响
Effect of Li,V Dope on Sintering Temperature and Dielectric Properties of Bi2(Zn1/3Nb2/3)2O7 Ceramics

摘要: 采用固相反应法制备出了(Bi1.975Li0.025)(Zn2/3Nb4/3-xVx)O7陶瓷,研究了锂、钒掺杂对于Bi2(Zn1/3Nb2/3)2O7(BZN)陶瓷烧结温度、相结构和介电性能的影响.结果表明:锂、钒掺杂能显著降低BZN陶瓷的烧结温度,可由1 000 ℃降至860 ℃;当掺杂量x≤0.05时,陶瓷相结构保持单一的单斜焦绿石相,介电损耗出现明显的弛豫现象;当x为0.005,0.01,0.02和0.05时,陶瓷的介电弛豫峰值温度分别为125,120,112,100 ℃,介电弛豫激活能的减小使弛豫温区向低温方向移动.Abstract: (Bi1.975Li0.025)(Zn2/3Nb4/3-xVx)O7(BLZNV) ceramics were prepared by solid phase reaction.The effect of(Li,V) dope on sintering temperature,phase structure and dielectric properties of Bi2(Zn1/3Nb2/3)2O7(BZN) ceramics was investigated.The results show that(Li,V) doping could decrease the sintering temperature of the BZN ceramic remarkably from 1 000 ℃ to 860 ℃.The ceramics had single monoclinal pyrochlore phase when x≤005.Relaxation appeared during dielectric loss.When x were 0.005,0.01,0.02 and 0.05,the peak temperatures of(Li,V) doped samples were 125,120,112 and 100 ℃,respectively.A shift of the relaxation peak to low temperature was caused by activation energy decreasing.
