Effect of 3 GPa Pressure Treatment on Order-disorder Phase Transformation of Cu-Zn Alloy

摘要: 用差示扫描量热仪测试了经3 GPa高压处理前后铜-锌合金中有序β′相向无序β相的转变温度,用Kissinger法计算了相变激活能,并探讨了高压处理对铜-锌合金中有序β′相向无β相转变的影响.结果表明:3 GPa高压处理能使该合金中有序β′相向无序β相转变温度降低,并缩小其转变温度范围,降低转变激活能.Abstract: The phase transformation temperature of Cu-Zn alloy from ordered β′ phase to disordered β phase after 3 GPa pressure treatment was measured by means of differential scanning calorimeter(DSC).The phase transformation activation energy was calculated by Kissinger method.The effect of high pressure treatment on the phase tranformation was discussed.The results show that after 3 GPa pressure treatment,the phase transformation temperature of Cu-Zn alloy from ordered phase β′ phase to disordered β phase decreased,the phase transformation temperature range and the activation energy both decreased.
