    石墨化处理后中碳钢的显微组织与性能

    Microstructure and Properties of Medium-carbon Steel with Graphite

    • 摘要: 采用增加石墨核心的方法,制备了具有石墨和铁素体两相组织的中碳钢;用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜对其组织进行了观察;用万能材料试验机对其力学性能进行了测试,同时在机床上对其切削加工性进行了切削试验.结果表明:石墨化中碳钢中的石墨是以与石墨具有相同简单六方结构BN为核心析出、长大的,石墨粒子不仅在晶界上析出,而且也在晶内析出;其分布较均匀,平均尺寸小于10 μm,大小均匀;屈强比低(0.59~0.63),相对切削性高(Kν=5.424 1 ),表现出较好的切削性,能够满足高速切削加工的要求.

       

      Abstract: A kind of medium-carbon steel with microstructure consisting of graphite and ferrite was prepared by method of increasing graphite nucleus.Microstructure of the steel was observed using OM,SEM and TEM,mechanical properties were tested using universal material testing machine,and machinability was tested using lathe.The results show that the precipitation and growth of the graphites were carried out based on the heterogeneous nuclei BN.The graphites homogeneously distributed in grains and at grain boundaries.Size of the graphite was less than 10 μm.The yield ratio of the steel was low(0.59-0.63) and the relative machinability was high (Kν=5.424 1).The tested steel display higher machinability and thus can satisfy the requirement of high speed machining.
