    Corrosion Resistance and Heavy Metal Migration Behavior of Three Kinds Stainless Steels in Food Contact Simulative Medias

    • 摘要: 通过电化学试验和重金属迁移试验研究了三种不锈钢在不同温度的食品接触模拟溶液(4%醋酸溶液和含氯的4%醋酸溶液)中的耐蚀性能和重金属迁移行为。结果表明: 与30 ℃时相比, 100 ℃时, 在4%醋酸溶液中, SUS201和SUS304钢的自腐蚀电流密度明显升高, 而SUS443的自腐蚀电流密度增加不明显; 在模拟溶液中重金属迁移量从低到高的顺序为SUS443, SUS304, SUS201钢; SUS304和SUS443钢在50 ℃以下的4%醋酸溶液中浸泡180 min后, 铁的迁移量增加不明显, 超过70 ℃后迁移量增加迅速。

       

      Abstract: Corrosion resistance and heavy metal migration behavior of three kinds of stainless steels in food contact simulative media (4% HAc solution with and without chlorine) at different temperatures were analysed by electrochemical test and heavy metal migration test. The results show that the self-corrosion current density of SUS201 and SUS304 obviously increased when they were immersed in 4% HAc solution at 100 ℃, compared to that of at 30 ℃, and that of SUS443 exhibited little increase. The order of heavy metal migration quantity, from low to high, was SUS443, SUS304 and SUS201. The increase of Fe migration quantity was not obviously after SUS304 and SUS443 were immerged in 4% HAc solution at below 50 ℃ for 180 min, and the migration quantity increased quickly when temperature exceeded 70 ℃.
