    硼对铁基合金粉块碳弧堆焊层成形性和耐磨性的影响

    Effect of Boron on Formability and Wear Resistance of Carbon Arc Hardfacing Layer with Fe-Based Alloy Blocks

    • 摘要: 通过在铁基合金粉块中添加适量的硼,研究了硼对该合金粉块碳弧堆焊层成形性和耐磨性的影响.结果表明:在合金粉块中加入硼可以有效改善堆焊层的成形性,当硼质量分数在401%~4.95%时堆焊层的成形性较好:添加适量的硼可以细化合金的硬质相颗粒,增加硬质相数量,提高其显微硬度,从而提高堆焊层的耐磨性,硼质量分数为4.01%时堆焊层的耐磨性较好.

       

      Abstract: Effect of boron on the formability and wear resistance of carbon arc hardfacing layer were studied by adding ferroboron into the Fe-based alloy.The results show that the formability of the hardfacing layer could be improved effectively by adding ferroboron into the alloy.The hardfacing layer with 4.01wt%-4.95wt% B could be obtained with good formability.When a proper content of B was added,the hard phases became smaller,the microhardness was enhanced,the amount of the hard phases was raised and the wear resistance of the hardfacing layer was improved correspondingly.The hardfacing layer showed the best wear resistance with about 401wt% boron.
