    H13热作模具钢退火后探伤不合格原因分析

    Cause Analysis of Unqualified Inspectionof H13 Hot Work Die Steel after Annealing

    • 摘要: 某公司生产的H13热作模具钢在退火后的探伤时发现了缺陷,在低倍检验时发现心部存在微裂纹,采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱仪等对试验钢微裂纹的形成原因进行了分析。结果表明:试验钢钢锭在凝固过程中形成了严重的组织偏析,偏析带中大量的脆性Al2O3、Al2O3和MnS复合夹杂物,粗大块状的共晶碳化物偏聚产生内应力,这是造成试验钢退火后心部产生微裂纹的原因。

       

      Abstract: Microcrack defects in the center of H13 Hot working die steel were detected by ultrasonic inspection and macrostructure test. In this paper, the cause of microcrack die steel was analysed by optical microscopy,scanning electronic microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometer.The results indicated that the severe microstructure segregation formed in ingot solidification process and internal stress caused by the large amount of brittle Al2O3,Al2O3-MnS compound inclusionsand blocky eutectic carbidesin thesegregation bandswere the causes of micro-cracks in the center area.
