    新型高塑铝-镁-硅系铝合金的力学性能

    Mechanical Properties of New High Plasticity Al-Mg-Si Aluminium Alloy

    • 摘要: 在6063铝合金的基础上设计出了一种新的高塑6000系合金;采用电子万能试验机、光学显微镜和扫描电镜对铸造、挤压成型和热处理态合金的力学性能、组织特征和断口形貌进行了分析,并与6063合金进行了对比.结果表明:新的6000系合金在T6状态下抗拉强度达到282.0 MPa,伸长率达到21.7%,T4状态(48 h)的抗拉强度达到184.3 MPa,伸长率达到34.40%;与6063合金相比,T6态新合金的屈强比较小;塑性较优.

       

      Abstract: A new type of 6000 alloy with high plasticity was designed based on 6063 aluminium alloy.The mechanical properties,microstructure and fracture morphology of the alloy after casting,extrusion and heat treatment were analyzed by electronic universal testing machine,optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy,and then compared to 6063 alloy.The results show that the tensile strength of the 6000 alloy at T6 reached 282.0 MPa and elongation reached 21.7%,while at T4 184.3 MPa and 34.40%.To compared with 6063 alloy,the alloy at T6 had low yield ratio,which indicated that the plasticity of the new type alloy was superior.
