    球磨机衬板表面铸渗工艺的优化

    Thickness Surface Alloying Technology Ball Mill Orifice with Casting-penetration

    • 摘要: 介绍了球磨机衬板表面铸渗合金化的工艺过程,通过改变各工艺参数,得出了较佳工艺方案.结果表明:在浇注温度为1 650 ℃,涂层厚度为7.0~7.5 mm,粘结剂与熔剂加入量均为4%及烘烤温度为300 ℃保温3 h的条件下制备出的衬板组织致密,表面最大硬度可达58 HRC,铸渗层厚度为7.0~7.5 mm.

       

      Abstract: The method of obtaining cast steel matrix ball mill orifice infiltrated with chromium particles was introduced.The results show that the orifice has dense structuve with the optimal technological parameter of pouring at 1 650 ℃,coating thickness 7.0-7.5 mm,4% binder and 4% flux at 300 ℃ for 3 h.The ball mill orifice with good quality of hardness is nearly 58 HRC and thickness 7.0-7.5 mm can be obtained.
